Experience
Richard, for over fifty (50) years has been dedicated to the general practice of law including complex civil litigation in the District, Probate, Superior and Appellate Courts of Massachusetts and the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
- He has been involved in corporate law while working as an Attorney for The Gillette Company, Boston, MA; has served as outside general counsel to corporations and business entities.
- He has represented many clients in the Probate and Family Courts throughout Massachusetts with an emphasis in the Plymouth Probate and Family Court. Handling all sensitive matters dealing with divorce, paternity, after-divorce issues, conciliation and mediation.
- Representation of domestic and international clients in respect of IP concepts including licensing, proprietary rights, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and confidentiality.
- Represent clients in respect of arbitration matters before FINRA and in formal mediations.

Keith A. Macdonald, Esquire
Experienced Trial Attorney
Keith, for over twenty-three (23) years has been dedicated to the general practice of law including successfully litigating and trying cases throughout the District, Superior, Probate and Appellate Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in addition to the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
- He is a trial lawyer utilizing his wide variety of legal knowledge and experience in civil and criminal matters, arbitration, and mediation.
- Representation of both sellers and buyers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Represents clients in criminal defense including OUIs, felonies and misdemeanors.
- Advises on a wide range of Estate Planning issues including drafting wills, living wills, healthcare proxies, powers of attorney and trust documents. Along with experience in the probating of estates and Trust Administration.
- Litigation experience in the Appellate Court regarding tax matters.
- Employer/Employee disputes including claimant representation in Arbitration before FINRA.
- Breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
